Signature Stays is an independent label within Ouddorp Connection. The selection is largely based on guest ratings. Homes with consistently high scores are considered for inclusion in the collection.

For this year, we selected the 20 highest-rated homes in our portfolio. The lowest rated home within this selection still has an average score of 8,8. That’s why the bar for quality is intentionally set high.

The Signature Stay label isn’t linked to any specific price level. The selection is based entirely on guest ratings and real experiences, not on the price point or the type of home.

That’s why you’ll find different kinds of properties in a variety of price categories within the collection. What they have in common isn’t the price, but the consistently high appreciation, quality, and overall experience.

The Signature Stays lineup is set anew each year based on the latest guest ratings. This year, the collection includes the 20 highest-rated homes within Ouddorp Connection, with the lowest-rated property still averaging 8,8.

Throughout the year, we keep a close eye on how these homes perform and how guests rate them. A home only keeps the Signature Stay label if it continues to meet our quality standards consistently. That’s how we ensure the collection stays current and trustworthy.
