The bathroom with a ground-level shower and sink and a separate toilet with a small hand basin you enter from the hallway. A third door leads you into the living/dining area. Enjoy a home-cooked meal from the fully equipped open kitchen at the rustic dining table. The living room, furnished with stylish and partly nostalgic seating, has a cozy feel. 

Vacations should also provide restful and peaceful sleep. You will find this in one of the three bedrooms on the second floor. The large bedroom houses a double bed 180 x 200 cm as well as a sink and closet. In the two other rooms, there are two single beds 90 x 200 cm each. Another separate toilet with a small hand basin completes the facilities. 

The heart of this property is the lovingly landscaped garden area. On the northeast side, a comfortable seating area with a parasol invites you to rest. many other romantic corners and places are designed with much love to simply experience peace or conviviality, which you may discover for yourself on-site.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room. 2 cars can park behind each other. 

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
