Village house, authentic, modern living room, courtyard
We are pleased to welcome you to Dorpsweg 9. The cottage part is attached to the property of the owner, but this is hardly noticed overall. The house is trendily furnished and convinces with a homely appearance. In the sunny, surrounded by a wooden fence, courtyard on the southwest side, you enjoy a lot of privacy and tranquility. Two minutes' walk and you are in the middle of the vibrant village life of Ouddorp. But also the kilometer-long sandy beach or various unique nature reserves you have reached by bike in 10 minutes.
Please enter and you are already in the kitchen, which is well equipped with all utensils to prepare a delicious meal yourself, which you can then enjoy together in the adjacent dining room at the round table. On the other side of the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room, where a cozy sofa and an armchair invite you to a cozy stay (unfortunately, the fireplace may not be used). The door to the small bathroom must also be opened from the kitchen, furnished with a ground-level shower, sink, and toilet.
The patio area of the courtyard is easily accessible through a door in the living room. An aperitif in the rattan seating lounge tastes particularly delicious. But also at the garden table under the parasol, it is comfortable to sit together.
You will find a well-deserved night's rest in one of the three bedrooms. In the room on the first floor - accessible from the living room - you slip under the covers in a double bed 180 x 200 cm. For the other guests, it goes up to the second floor in the converted attic. The large passage room is furnished with two box-spring beds 80 x 200 cm and a small TV. In the second room, there are two beds 90 x 200 cm and a crib 70 x 160 cm.
In the house, there is a washing machine at your disposal. In front of the house, you can park 2 cars.
If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
