This tastefully and comfortably furnished vacation home is located at the back of the Noordzeepark on a quiet dead-end street. The natural garden area also offers plenty of ambiances to relax from the stress of everyday life.

From the hallway, you enter the bathroom furnished in Mediterranean style with all comforts. The bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a built-in closet is a great asset for guests for who find climbing stairs not so easy anymore.

Through the archway, you enter the bright and spacious living/dining area. The comfortable sofa invites you to lounge. At the large dining table, you make yourself comfortable and enjoy a delicious meal, prepared in the half-open fully equipped kitchen. In an adjoining room, with direct access from the kitchen, you will find a washing machine and dryer, as well as a freezer and additional refrigerator. 

From the living room, you can go to the covered and wind-protected garden seating area, where you can sit contentedly at the garden table even during a short summer rain. In the green garden, you will always find an idyllic spot to relax and relax your soul. 

The quiet and separate 2 bedrooms upstairs guarantee well-being and restful sleep: one room with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and the second with a box spring bed 180 x200 cm, a TV, and a crib. Always much appreciated is the second toilet with a small hand basin.

The house is well insulated, is heated by underfloor heating, and has an automatic ventilation system.
