The holiday home “Zuiderdiep 42” is located in the front part of the North Sea Park. It is a family friendly and dog friendly cozy and spacious house with a large enclosed garden.
Why Zuiderdiep 42?
Enter this charming holiday home through the hallway and immediately experience its comfortable and spacious atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find a recently renovated bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet with a small hand basin.
The cosy living and dining area forms the heart of the house. Here you can relax on two comfortable leather sofas after a day at the beach. The very well-equipped open-plan kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. The large dining table provides ample space for everyone to enjoy pleasant moments together.
On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe and also offers enough space for a cot. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and practical built-in wardrobes. A separate toilet with a small hand basin is also available on this floor.
Outside, you can fully enjoy outdoor living. On the north side of the house there is a covered veranda, ideal at any time of day. The fully enclosed garden is completely furnished and offers privacy and safety for children and pets. In addition, there is a stone barbecue and an outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach.
Further practical facilities include a storage room with washing machine and dryer and parking space for two carsdirectly at the house.
The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to reach the sea quickly. The combination of close proximity to the beach, a fully equipped garden, and a comfortable layout makes this house ideal for families and guests seeking peace and relaxation.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Die Größe ist typisch für Ferienhäuser in den Niederlanden. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer waren klein. Für sechs Erwachsene und ein längeren Zeitraum sicherlich nicht so gut geeignet.
