The holiday home “Zuiderdiep 42” is located in the front part of the North Sea Park. It is a family friendly and dog friendly cozy and spacious house with a large enclosed garden.
Why Zuiderdiep 42?
Enter this charming holiday home through the neat hallway and immediately experience a pleasant sense of comfort and space. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub with shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet with a small hand basin.
The cosy living and dining area forms the heart of the house. Here you will find a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a day at the seaside. The very well-equipped open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare extensive meals. The dining table provides ample space to enjoy meals together and spend cosy evenings.
On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). In one of the bedrooms, the beds can be separated if desired, allowing for two single beds (90 x 200 cm). This floor also features a separate toilet with a small hand basin, adding extra comfort.
Outside, you can fully enjoy outdoor living on the terrace. The fully enclosed garden is completely furnished and offers privacy and safety for children and pets. The garden also features a stone barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings.
Practical facilities are also provided: there is a storage room with washing machine and dryer, and parking for one cardirectly in front of the house. The property is within walking distance of the beach — within approximately 10 minutesyou will already have your feet in the sand. The combination of proximity to the beach, a fenced garden and a comfortable layout makes this house very suitable for families and guests seeking peace and relaxation.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Die Größe ist typisch für Ferienhäuser in den Niederlanden. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer waren klein. Für sechs Erwachsene und ein längeren Zeitraum sicherlich nicht so gut geeignet.
