Through the front door, you enter directly into the inviting living room, where a comfortable sitting area with a two-seater sofa and three cozy chairs awaits you – perfect for relaxing. Adjacent to the sitting area, there’s a spacious dining table with two sturdy benches, the perfect spot to enjoy delicious meals or spend quality time together. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty dishes. The living room also features French doors leading to the garden, allowing you to step outside easily and enjoy the terrace and fresh air.

On the ground floor, you will also find the stylish bathroom. Here you can enjoy a refreshing walk-in shower, with the added convenience of a double sink. A perfect blend of modern design and functionality!

There is also enough space for a baby cot. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds (80 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms includes a dresser and a clothes rack, while the other is also equipped with a clothes rack. A separate toilet with a small sink completes the amenities on this floor.

First floor:

• One large bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and space for a baby cot
• Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), clothes racks, and a dresser

Important Information:
If your travel party is not a family, all travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not permitted in this accommodation. The house can only be rented for touristic and/or recreational purposes.
