Description

This charmingly decorated bungalow is located in a very quiet dead-end street on the award-winning holiday park De Klepperstee, just behind the dunes in Ouddorp.

Why Mimosa 9?
Mimosa 9 is a detached holiday home for 4 people, quietly located in the popular park De Klepperstee. With approx. 85 m² of living space and a 300 m² plot, this home offers plenty of space and comfort. The bright living room has a dining table, sofa and armchairs, free wifi and a small flatscreen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, gas hob and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

On the ground floor there are two cosy bedrooms with blackout curtains. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), the smaller bedroom two boxspring beds (70x200 cm each). On the inviting mezzanine, accessible via a steep stairway without railing (not suitable for the elderly), there is a trundle bed (2x 80x200 cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet, plus there is a second separate toilet. A utility room with washing machine and microwave, plus an extra fridge with freezer in the shed, provide added convenience. Outside you’ll find a beautifully landscaped gardenwith wind-sheltered terrace, garden furniture and parasol, and a private shed. Parking for 1 car is available at the house.

- If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.

    Es fehlte an Schränken in den Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Auch in der Küche war sehr wenig Platz für die Lebensmittel. Ansonsten hat uns das Haus und die Lage gut gefallen. Die Ferienanlage ist super sauber gewesen und die Angebote für die Kinder haben uns auch gut gefallen. Waren alle sehr freundlich.

    Wir lieben Meerurlaube in der ruhigen Zeit..... wenig Menschen und trotzdem offene Pavillons, viel Fisch möglich. Kwade Hoek. Ouddorp. Grevelingen Meer.....und noch viel mehr.

    Für uns fehlte ein Kleiderschrank es war nicht genügend Möglichkeiten die Kleidung zu verstauen. Es gab kein Gefrierfach, keinen Backofen der Toaster hatte auch schon bessere Tage erlebt. Im großen und ganzen war es ok.

    Fast. Ich habe ein Gefrierfach und einen richtigen Backofen vermisst. Ich habe mich gefragt, warum im WC ein Briefschlitz und Fußabtretet war - strange.
