A true dream for all beach and water sports lovers! This apartment, designed with a lot of styles, is the ideal place for an active yet relaxed vacation.
At the apartment entrance, a long hallway welcomes you. Almost at the end of the hallway, a door leads to the storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional refrigerator. From this room, you also enter the spacious bedroom, equipped with a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm, a comfortable sitting area for 2 people, and a TV. Another door leads to the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
To use the living/dining area go up half a floor from the hallway. Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table from the fully equipped open kitchenette. In the living area, relax on a variety of seating, play games with your kids, or watch your favorite show all together on the TV.
You enter the slightly elevated east terrace from the living room. Make yourself comfortable in the high-quality outdoor furniture and enjoy the picture-perfect view of the Port Zélande harbor and the Grevelingenmeer. Or take a few steps down directly to the edge of the harbor and marvel at the impressive sailing ships and yachts during a relaxing walk.
From the dining area up another 5 steps, you will find 8 sleeping accommodations spread over three bedrooms. One room accommodates a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm. In the two other bedrooms, you will find once one and once two bunk beds 90 x 200 cm. The floor is completed by a separate toilet and a comfortable bathroom with a ground-level shower and double sink.
For unloading and loading you may drive with the car shortly in front of the apartment. After that, the vehicle must be parked in a parking lot about 300m away.
If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The apartment can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
- Rentals to companies, tradespeople or other business guests are not permitted. The accommodation is intended exclusively for leisure stays. In the event of a violation, access may be refused or the stay may be terminated without entitlement to a refund.

Before reaching your destination, you will arrive at a barrier. The barrier opens using automatic number plate recognition. Please remember to provide us with your vehicle registration number in good time so that we can register it with the harbour master. If the barrier does not open, press the button on the control panel and state that you are holiday guests of Ouddorp Connection. If this does not work, you can contact us on +31 187 688 508. After the barrier, turn right and follow the red pedestrian markings to the lower level. Continue driving slowly and you will find the entrance to your apartment on the left-hand side. You may leave your car in front of the entrance for a maximum of 10 minutes for loading and unloading. After unloading, return via the exit barrier and, after approximately 30 metres, turn right towards the large car park. This car park also has a barrier with automatic number plate recognition. Please note that you risk a fine if you leave your car in front of the apartment for too long. House rules: After 10:00 PM, music or other activities that may cause noise disturbance are not permitted. If you experience noise disturbance from neighbouring apartments, you can call our emergency number. Special features and information about the apartment: • During July and August, bread rolls for the following morning can be ordered at the yacht club. • Please separate general waste and glass. If you walk up towards the entrance road, you will find the waste containers on the right-hand side of the road, where separated waste can be disposed of. • Bicycles can be stored in the covered bicycle storage area next to the yacht club. Bicycles may not be taken into the lift or brought into the apartments. • You have booked a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask you to strictly observe this rule. • When leaving, please close the curtains/blinds. Information for dog owners: Please remember that your dog must have the required vaccinations to enter the Netherlands. Do not forget to bring the vaccination certificate. If your dog is used to lying on the sofa, please bring a blanket to protect it. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds. Are you bringing a dog? Please make sure not to leave your dog alone in the apartment if this causes disturbance or persistent barking. This helps us ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Thank you for your understanding. Location of the key safe: The key safe is located next to the front door. From 4:00 PM onwards, you can use the key from the key safe to enter your holiday apartment. If you have not yet provided us with your mobile phone number, please send it to us by email so that we can contact you in case of an emergency. How to use the key safe: Pull down the plastic cover and enter the code. Press both buttons on the sides at the same time, open the key safe and take out the key. Please close the key safe again and pull the plastic cover back up to keep the inside dry. NEVER change the code using the reset button on the inside. On departure: On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest (on Sundays, departure is possible until 1:00 PM). Please place the key back in the key safe, close it and change the number combination so that the safe cannot be opened. Please also pull the plastic cover back up. Any damage may be deducted from the security deposit. Key safe code: 2245 Centre Parcs swimming pool: Use of the swimming pool is not free of charge for guests staying at Port Marina. You can reserve a place and pay online via the Centre Parcs Port Zélande day visitor website. Afterwards, you can collect your swimming pool tickets from the attendant at the park entrance/barrier of Centre Parcs.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einzigartig, wir haben alles wie erwartet vorgefunden. Parken und Einchecken hat reibungslos funktioniert, Urlaub ab der 1. Minute. Die technischen Probleme in der Toilette wurden nach Reklamation behoben. Danke 🙏

Nous étions 9 adultes et nous avons apprécié le grand espace de vie : salon et salle à manger L'endroit est calme, la vue sur la marina est belle et l'organisation pour l'arrivée (clés) et l'ouverture des barrières du parking est très pratique. La proximité des plages pour les balades, des commerces et du joli village de Renesse sont des points positifs
