Why Haringvliet 21?
Located just 1000 metres from the beach and dunes, this luxury villa offers a private swimming pool in a sunny, enclosed garden. The spacious and bright living room features two leather sofas, a flatscreen TV with Netflix, a Sonos soundbar, and a dining table for eight. A variety of board games, books and even a Dutch shuffleboard are available for the whole family to enjoy.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, combi-microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with aeroccino, a filter coffee maker and several appliances such as a blender, mixer, citrus press and toaster. The sliding doors lead to the large covered terrace, furnished with a lounge set, an outdoor fireplace that doubles as a barbecue and a dining table for eight. An additional fridge-freezer is available in the storage room.

The heated and illuminated pool (8 x 4 metres) includes a jacuzzi function and is surrounded by a comfortable lounge set. There is also an outdoor shower. Children will enjoy the enclosed garden with a trampoline, climbing bar and small football goals.


House Rules:
The house is situated among other holiday homes, so the following rules are intended to ensure everyone's enjoyment:

  • No use of the pool after 22:00 (open from Easter to the autumn holiday).
  • No outdoor music allowed, and after 22:00, no noise disturbance for the neighbors and surrounding houses.

Ground Floor:

  • Living area with open kitchen, wooden dining table for 8 people, and two separate sofas.
  • Bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, and a sink, washing machine, and dryer.
  • Storage room with fridge-freezer and storage space.

First Floor:

  • Bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) and air conditioning.
  • Bedroom with a double box spring with two mattresses of 90 cm and a bunk bed with air conditioning.
  • Bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) with air conditioning.
  • 2nd bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
  • Ironing board and iron.
  • Stair gate.

Outdoor:

  • Enclosed garden with access gate and 2 parking spaces on private property.
  • Bicycle rack.
  • Rotary clothesline.
  • Trampoline.
  • Climbing frame.
  • Soccer goal.
  • Swimming pool.
  • Outdoor shower.
  • 2 dogs allowed (not on sofas and/or beds).

Note: The pool is open from Easter to the autumn holiday. The average temperature is 24 degrees. The use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. There is no fence around it! The water can be automatically covered with a deck of solar panels. The purpose is to heat the water. However, this does not provide stability, so it cannot be walked on. The side of the deck does not seamlessly connect to the edge of the pool, maintaining the risk of falling in. When renting the house, you sign a declaration that you understand and accept this risk.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.

In such cases, the landlord is entitled to refuse access to the park for vehicles exceeding the allowed number or to have them removed.

    The home was very nice. We did not use the swimming pool due to bad weather. 2 minor things which could be fixed it the baby gate on the first floor and the Main Gate to the property. Even if we put the stones the main gate opened to the street due to the wind which can be dangerous. Also the shower lip on the bottom of the door of the bathroom on the first floor could be replaced it full of Mold. But these are minor things so in all the house was perfect for our Stay.

    Zeker! Helaas hebben we heel veel geld uitgegeven om een huis met zwembad te huren dit jaarlijkse uitje naar Ouddorp maar konden we er geen gebruik van maken vanwege het slecht weer
