The holiday home is located at the front of the Noordzeepark and offers everything for a successful vacation in the healthy North Sea climate.

In the entrance, you will find the bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet room with a small hand basin. Another door leads to the well-maintained living space, where you can also feel comfortable in less favorable weather. The cozy seating area invites you to relax. The separate dining area with the adjoining well-equipped open kitchen also provides ample space for the whole family.

• The other two rooms each have 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
• An additional toilet room with a small hand basin is also highly appreciated.
• A crib and high chair are already present in the house at no extra cost.

Outside:

• The garden on the west side is fenced with a green hedge and offers plenty of privacy and relaxation opportunities.
• The garden seating area on the east side is ideal for breakfast, allowing you to start the day well.

• Attached storage room with a washing machine.
• Parking space for 2 cars in front of the house.

Important information:

If your travel group is not a family, all travelers must be at least 25 years old.

Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

The house can only be rented/booked for tourist purposes and/or recreation.
