This stylish and cosy flat for 8 people is located on one of the most beautiful and luxurious marinas in the Netherlands. If you are looking for the beach, nature and (water) sports activities, but still want to relax, this is the perfect location.

You enter in the hall with separate toilet. From the hall you also enter the large kitchen equipped with all amenities to prepare a delicious meal. After the next door, you walk into the cosy living room and are surprised by the space and the view of the harbour. From the living room, you take the stairs to the upper floor where you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In the large living room, you will find a cosy seating area and a large dining table. Here you can enjoy a nice meal, have a drink or play a game with the whole family.

The large family bedroom is suitable for 5 people. There is a wonderfully spacious double bed of 180 x 210. Three children can sleep in the combi bunk bed. The lower bed measures 140 x 200, the upper bed 90 x 200. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 box-spring beds that are slightly higher, making them very suitable for elderly people. In the 3rd bedroom there are 2 box-spring beds 90 x 200. This is a great place to sleep after an active day in the healthy sea air.

After a busy day, relax in the bathtub or take a refreshing shower. This comfortable bathroom offers both possibilities and also has a double sink and toilet. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The flat is very suitable for a family with children, because of its layout and location next to Center Parcs Port Zélande. You and your children can make use of all activities and facilities. (Use of the swimming pool at Center Parcs Port Zélande is charged)
 
 Parking
There are plenty of parking spaces. When you drive through the barriers, your license plate number is registered and you can use the large car park. On arrival, you can park your car briefly in front of the apartment for loading and unloading, but for the rest of your stay the car should be parked in the general car park.

Surroundings
The location is unique - the flat is beautifully situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Zeeland with Grevelingen Lake and the North Sea beach within walking distance. From the entrance you have a view of the Brouwersdam and behind it the North Sea, where you can regularly spot seals. The beaches are great for walking, cycling, surfing, diving and swimming.
Nearby, you will find numerous villages such as Ouddorp, Renesse, Brouwershaven, Burgh-Haamstede where you can go shopping and if you are a fish lover, you can indulge yourself at these many restaurants where they serve mussels, oysters, Eastern Scheldt lobster, etc. Along the North Sea beaches, you will find several cosy beach bars such as Beach Club Zee, Natural High, Brouw and Perry's.
