If you are looking for beach, nature, and (water) sports activities, but still relaxation, this apartment is ideal for you and guarantees the perfect vacation.

Enter the apartment through the long hallway. This is how you will find the storage room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional refrigerator. From this room, another door leads to a spacious bedroom with a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm overlooking a large TV, as well as a cozy sitting area for 2 people. Another door points the way to the bathroom with a ground-level shower, double sink, and toilet.

From the hallway, climb 8 flights of stairs and you'll find yourself in the spacious living/dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal yourself. The large dining table invites you to sit together comfortably. But also on the XXL sofa, everyone will find a cozy place for a stimulating exchange of ideas.

From the living room, you also enter the slightly elevated east terrace, less than 10m from the harbor edge with a unique view over the entire harbor area and the Grevelingenmeer. Make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture with a cool drink, watch the sailing ships during their approach and departure maneuvers, and simply let your soul dangle, so vacation at its best!

For a well-deserved night's rest, it's another 5 steps up from the dining area where you'll find three more sleeping chambers. Two rooms are equipped with box-spring beds: one double bed 180 x200 cm and one two single beds 90 x 200 cm. In the third room, there are 2 bunk beds, so 4 sleeping accommodations 90 x 200 cm. A separate toilet and a small bathroom with a shower and sink complete this floor. 

For unloading and loading you are allowed to drive your car shortly in front of the apartment. After that, the vehicle must be parked in a parking lot about 300m away.


If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The apartment can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
