This luxury holiday home has everything you need for a perfect holiday by the sea. As soon as you step inside, you will experience the warm, luxurious and cosy atmosphere.  The house has been carefully decorated with an eye for detail, which is reflected in the art on the walls, the designer furniture and beautiful lamps. The floating custom-made kitchen is a real eye-catcher and is fully equipped. After extensive cooking, the cosy dining table is the perfect place to linger.

From the large corner sofa, you can enjoy the cosy and easy-to-light wood-burning stove together or watch exciting films on the 65 inch large format TV. You can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning with a view of the garden or in the garden on one of the two terraces. From the living room, you walk straight into the garden through one of the three sliding doors. And what if you doze off in the afternoon in one of the two hammocks? The large windows in the living room give you optimal contact with the garden. The lounge sofa is a perfect place for a very cosy evening with a drink and drinks. The recipe for a nice long summer evening is the large garden table, and of course the Weber barbecue is not missing! So Doggersbank 38 is the ultimate luxurious and comfortable holiday destination for summer adventures as well as cosy autumn or winter days.

The ground floor is completely barrier-free and has underfloor heating.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Downstairs is the master bedroom with direct access to terrace and garden. (boxspring with topper 180 x 200 cm) with a luxury ensuite bathroom with a large washbasin. (rain shower, toilet) The other bathroom is also on the ground floor has a bath with an extra low entry, a pleasant washbasin and toilet. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. 

One of the bedrooms upstairs has two 80x200 cm beds which can be used either separately or together. The other bedroom has two single beds of 90x200 cm each. There is also a small desk upstairs where you can retire quietly or check your mail.

The garden is completely fenced, so pleasant for young children. The house has space for 3 cars. There is also a charging station (11kw) where electric cars can be charged. (€)
