Enjoy the privacy, the singing of the birds and the rabbits jumping around while lying in the hammock. Warm yourself after a long walk by the woodstove. In the summer you can enjoy a BBQ on the garden hearth. You can also use the herb garden for cooking.
The villa was built with care in 2020 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 

The first spacious bedroom with double bed (2 x 90 x 200) is located on the ground floor, with adjoining bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and the other room with two single beds (90 x 200). There is a washing machine and dryer. There are also two separate toilets, located on the ground floor and upstairs. There is an ergonomic workplace with high-low desk and desk chair on the first floor. So you can also work here from home. 

There is a very spacious kitchen situated in the living-dining room and a comfortable sitting area with television and a subscription to Netflix. The open kitchen is well equipped and has a large induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and mixer.
A stair gate is available for families with children. A high chair and cot are available on request. There are plenty of games available and there is a children's table with chairs in the sitting area. The spacious plot offers a play paradise for children. This holiday home has three private parking spaces and you can walk from the house with your towel under your arm to the beach for a refreshing dip.
