Holiday feeling guaranteed in a detached, cozy, Scandinavian-furnished holiday home with a large forest garden.

In this home, you will find everything you need to recover from everyday stress in the healthy North Sea air. Already at the first walk into the house, a naturally charming ambiance surrounds you. The spacious garden with plenty of green space offers a play paradise for children, but also numerous sunny and shady spots to relax and be inspired by nature and beautiful surroundings. You can walk from the house with your towel under your arm to the beach, which is about 500m away. The center of Ouddorp is also only about 5km away.

The villa was carefully built in 2020 and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For families with children, this is a true paradise. In case of bad weather, there are many games available indoors, and on sunny days, there is a 4000m2 garden to play in.

You are greeted by a spacious house entrance area, from where you can access several other rooms. There is a bathroom with a ground-level shower and a sink, as well as a separate toilet with a hand basin. But you will also find the first bedroom here, furnished with a double bed 160 x 200 cm. The last door then opens the way to the living/dining area. 

The huge, open, fully equipped kitchen allows you to self-cater comfortably. The central point is the large dining table with six chairs. Here, in addition to eating meals & socializing, you can enjoy the home-like feeling. The kids are sure to enjoy the many games they can play together at the children's table. And then cozy sitting together in the cozy sofa combination, watching an exciting movie on the TV thanks to an existing Netflix subscription, as well as in between watching the flames playing in the fireplace and feeling the soothing warmth, so just experience relaxation! 

Several folding doors in the living area lead to the garden seating area on the west side. A cool aperitif tastes especially delicious at the picnic table or in additional seating under the parasol. The grill master has surely already discovered the herb garden and is looking forward to spoiling everyone with delicacies from the stone fireplace. After so much work he surely deserves relaxation in the hammock under the trees!

You will sleep like a log in one of the two other bedrooms on the second floor. In one room there is a double bed 160 x 200 cm. If you can't stop working even during your vacations, you will surely be happy with the small height-adjustable desk. In the second smaller room two single beds 80 x 200 cm are waiting for you. Very high comfort offers on this floor again a bathroom with ground-level shower and sink and a separate toilet with hand basin. In another room, there is a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal. 

2 cars can be parked at the house. One parking space is equipped with a charging station for e-cars, where you can charge your electric car via a charging card for a fee.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
