A restful night's sleep is guaranteed by a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm. A cozy sitting area for 2 people and a TV complete the stylish interior. Another door leads to the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

From the hallway, 8 steps up you are welcomed by the charmingly furnished living/dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with all utensils to prepare a delicious meal, which you can then enjoy together at the large dining table. The XXL sofa invites you to relax and sit together comfortably.

The sliding door in the living area (east side) welcomes you to the slightly elevated terrace, only about 10m from the dock Port Zélande. Experience unforgettable moments with a glass of wine and watching the passing sailing ships as well as the unique view over the harbor area and the Grevelingen Sea in one of the comfortable outdoor furniture.

So that you can spend the night relaxed and quiet, from the dining area 5 stairs up 2 bedrooms await you, each with a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm, and in the third room, 2 bunk beds with 4 beds 90 x 200 cm. A separate toilet and a modern bathroom with a ground-level shower and double sink can also be found on this level. 

For unloading and loading you may drive with the car shortly in front of the apartment. After that, the vehicle must be parked in a parking lot about 300m away.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The apartment can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
