From the entrance area, where you will also find a toilet with a small hand-washing bakery, you enter the spacious kitchen. This is equipped with all the utensils to prepare a delicious meal yourself. From the kitchen, you also have the optimal overview of the living/dining area, which is 3 steps lower, with a cozy sofa and large dining table. The fireplace may not be used.
From the dining area, you can also go out into the garden. On the slightly elevated north terrace, you can enjoy the aperitif in the lounge, protected from the sun by a Raff sun sail. Then unwind in a lounge chair on the artificial grass and if it gets too hot, just take a cool down under the outdoor shower. You can end the evening with a delicacy from the grill at the garden table in the south seating area. Here, too, a cable pulley awning protects you from the sun.
From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the 1st floor. Look forward to a restful night's sleep in one of the 3 bedrooms, two rooms equipped with a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm each and the third room with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm. Here you will also find the large modern bathroom with a bathtub, a ground-level shower, a sink with plenty of storage space, and toilet.
There is a washing machine at your disposal. An additional refrigerator in the garden house can also be shared.
Despite parking in front of the house, according to parking regulations, the car may only be left in front of the bungalow for a short time for unloading and loading. After that, it must be parked in one of the parking places in the park for 1.50 €/day or outside the park free of charge.
If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The bungalow can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
